Returns & Refunds
Purchases made through gleamldn.com are valid for a full refund, as long as the item(s) are returned within 10 days in a sealed, unopened and unused condition and NOT from our ILY or hair collections.. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, lingerie, hair and opened items are non-refundable, except for cases where faulty or incorrect item(s) are received. In this case, you should contact us here immediately so we may rectify.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
We are unable to offer refunds/exchanges on handmade items. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct colour/size/style before your purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the item. We strongly recommend using a tracked service/keeping proof of receipt when returning items. If you do not use a tracked service/have proof of return and your items are lost on their way back to us, unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do.
