Oops, I purchased the wrong items! Can I change my order?

 

Unfortunately not. As soon as your order is placed, processing begins. However, you are free to return your items as long as the item(s) are returned within 10 days in a sealed, unopened and unused condition. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, opened items are non-refundable.  We do not accept returns for handmade items. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to us. 

Is your store cruelty-free?

Yes! Everything in our store is cruelty-free. Our pressed pigments are handmade and we do not test on animals! The mink used for our mink lashes is collected during shedding season, causing no harm to any animals.

So... how do I return an item?

It's easy! Please contact us using our form here; we'll guide you through step by step! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of handmade items - please ensure that you have selected the correct colour/size before purchasing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source and can take up to 10 working days to be returned. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to us, unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Please ensure to obtain a proof of posting back to us as without this, if your items are lost on the way, there will be nothing we can do further.

So if I want to exchange my item, what do I do?!

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges. However, you are more than welcome to return your item and purchase the correct item! Please contact us here to enquire about a return.

My return was rejected! Why?

Unfortunately, if item(s) were returned in an unsealed, opened and/or used  condition - your return will be refused. All returns undergo quality checks before being accepted. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept items that are not sealed, unopened and/or unused with all original tags and labels attached. You will need to contact us here.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept a range of payments! We take credit/debit cards, PayPal and even Clearpay - where you can pay in instalments!

How do I get featured on your Instagram/Website?

All you have to do is take a picture using your items, tag us @gleam.london and hashtag #GleamTeam! We can't wait to see you in Gleam London!
